Wholesale orders within the greater Vancouver area will be delivered by us or shipped with Novex. All orders outside the GVRD, including the rest of Canada, will be shipped with FedEx Ground.
FedEx Ground shipments are only scheduled two days per week: Mondays (except stat. holidays) and Thursdays.
- All orders received before 11:59 PM (PST) on Saturday will be shipped on the following Monday (or next business day).
- All orders received before 11:59 PM (PST) on Tuesday will be shipped on the following Thursday.
Shipping fees are calculated by total order weight, and break down as follows:
- 5lbs+ - Free shipping
- less than 5lbs - $10.00
- 1-10lbs - $25.00
- 10-30lbs - $15.00
- 30lbs+ - Free Shipping
Shipping times vary depending on location, but are roughly as follows:
- 2-3 business days (BC, Alberta)
- 3-4 business days (Sask - Man)
- 4-5 business (Rest of Can)
All orders shipped with FedEx come with a tracking number, which you can input at the FedEx site to determine exactly how far your order has travelled.
We currently offer shipping to Canadian addresses only.
Returns & exchanges
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on roasted coffee, tea, or gift cards.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund for the cost of the item minus shipping charges will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card.
Late or missing refunds
Refunds will be issued once a returned item reaches us and can be inspected for signs of use and/or damage.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
