Ture Waji has spent most of his life in the Guji region of Southern Ethiopia working in and around coffee, and knows the area as well as anyone. In fact, his nickname is “The King of Guji”! Ture is better known for his naturally processed coffees, but last year, he presented a washed coffee from his Bookkisa farm and it was spectacular. We hope you enjoy this, his second crop of washed beans.
